⇨ food poisoning

food poisoning !
i didnt know the food cant be eat until i taste the egg .
one hour later , i started to go toilet .
then the next day , i told my friends .
they said food poisoning .
i was like . i didnt think that i will get food poisoning .
so ard 11 plus i went to poly .
doc gave me 2 days mc .
he said if it get worse , from stomach go below my stomach .
i have to go doc again and mayb i go hosp .
bcoz of not wanting to go hosp , i force my self to eat medicine .
im the kind who hate eat panadol .
the reason is i cant swallow it .

now a bit better . didnt go toilet so much . just my stomach still cramp .
and the worse thing is , the day my stomach hurts so much ,
is the day my pms came . mcm siak kan .
my stomach pain and my leg too .
